Custom Battle factions updated to GoT Enhanced-factions! image - Game of Thrones: Fire and Blood mod for Medieval II: Total War: Kingdoms

All the factions of Game of Thrones: Enhanced are now in the custom battles, their rosters still needing to be added. But the units are in the mod already so it is just a matter of handing them out to more factions.
As an example House Stark has all the Northern, Karstark, Bolton and Manderly units, while House Tully has the Frey units - they need to be moved to their own individual factions as well.
Currently i've added the Wildling-units to the Wildling-faction. And the Bolton core-units to House Bolton.
I've done other changes as well.
