Changes:
- Moved Upgrade and Starport buttons to over the production icons as in original. They use similar artwork to originals.
- Upgrading other structures no longer requires a Construction Yard.
- Unwanted effect of above: When deploying the MCV at start it shows Upgrades menu instead of Structures.
- Changed how multipile structures effect quicker buildings.
