"Muslim Conquest 635 AD" is a submod of "Rise of Islam 634 AD" mod. There are a few things that I don't like about the mod, so I decided to make a submod to add various items, optimizing the mod, edit the troops, do items balancing. And be WARNED!! 1. Here the Sassanid Soghdian Maceman. The only dedicated Maceman in the Mod. The only units you can use as a slaver. Use some crazy looking helmet, mace and shield.
Just a suggestion, i think the chainmail in the robes should somehow be made more predominant. I love the helmet.
If I find better assets. Sure.
But right now with this asset I don't think the chainmail need to be more predominant. The concept is use chainmail inside the robe/cloth.
I just feel they'd look much better with more predominant armour, but i understand the restrictions of the asset you're using. It's just something i'd expect a lower tier unit to be using.
In the desert, bare iron gets hot very very fast, so if they dont put a tunic on it it would burn them
