Mod in "project" status.
It is a "non-named" mod actually, the background of the mod is not yet decided because it's not the most important part for the moment. The headline of this mod will be the use of a big multiserver apllication. The use of this technology could allow epic battles with more than 64 players/server.
Inter-server events would be managed by a php application. Almost every variable in a server configuration is reachable by php command's => A-pellegrini.developpez.com
so it will be possible to trigger an event on a server from a player on another server. Like a bombing or something like that.
I am working alone on this project for the moment, and i will push the devloppement further as soon as I got the first results, and the insurance of "makablity" of this project.

come to think of it, i don't think i'd want to play on a server with more than 64 players... But it would be useful for mods that use large amounts of resources, such as mods that use a lot of NPCs or vehicles.

i begin to have some good results, but i got network problem and to go further i'll need a dedicated server, i'll have it in one or two weeks i think, i'll keep this page up to date ;)
