There's ways to get tanks easily...
Insurgents are Rebels. they don't simply steal tanks from a Base.
I didnt mean that but they can buy some,it shouldnt be recent ones but more like WWI and WWII

If you look at many rebel groups unless they get an organized military defector to donate their tanks they are not likely to have complex weapons like that. Now mounting a rocket launcher to a pick up may be more likely. Maybe using ones like the HJ-8 or TOW or trying to rig some helicopter rocket pods to a truck mount?

I really want to have that. But to do that We'll have to borrow it from other mods.
Because we don't know how to make new vehicle models (yet).
can't you take the Tanks from 1942 ? theres some T-34 Tanks :) they prob just need some re-texture xD
