- Changed how literacy effects promotion, instead of decent promotion for people with 5% literacy, its now basically 0 compared to 100% literacy.
-Pops now promote to craftsmen without a factory, given their literacy is high enough, if there is a factory, or if they're laissez faire
- Literacy now hurts pop promotion if you have low literacy, and levels off by 50-60% and become double-triple by 100%
- The rgo expansion now gives double the output, instead of doubling the size of it
- The left most techs for industry now reduce farm and mine sizes, this forcibly puts people out of work and into the factory, while also the rgo being more efficient.
- Halfed the buffs from economical events
- Added a Japanese formable if they essentially control all of east asia, not including China, parts of indochina, hawaii, midway, etc. Results in 300 prestige, allows you to assimilate Koreans, and give you a 30 year pop boom.
- War economy changed so that its yearly and only takes tax efficiency
- Communism now actually spawns in 1865
- Combat has been mostly revamped, artillery has equal attack and defense values throughout the game, meaning wars won't be a stalemate anymore, for the most part, having a backline with trench systems building up entrenchment is a viable strategy
- Russia now only gets a 10 year pop boom, and can be given a 20 year pop boom through abolish serfdom, which they can do after becoming a semi constitutional monarchy
- Germany starts with the Ruhr Boom for 10 years, and can get it again by doing the ruhr boom decision giving you it for 20 more years.
- Immigration attraction massively increased for democracies
- The crown from the gutter event only allows you to annex the small German states, not become Germany, as multiple nations can do this and results in weird tag switching.
- I don't know if it was in this patch, Byzantium formable with overpowered modifiers
- Three Leagues in Switzerland with cores, has North and South Italian as accepted with Romansh.
- Slavery nerfed
- Soon adding Brest-Litovsk borders incase of a prolonged German Russian conflict
- Soon adding TNO/TWR style Russian civil war, 2nd American civil war, German civil war, Turkish civil war, Irish rebellion, 2nd Austrian-Hungarian war, possibly with other nationalists involved.
- Soon Adding more content for Nazi Germany and Soviet Russia
- Soon Adding leader portraits for Hitler, Lenin/Stalin, Mussolini, Mao, Chiang Kai Shek, and possibly leader elections for the USA
- Soon Possibly increasing Chinese pop size
- Soon Adding cores for African nations in central and south Africa, and one giant African tag, possibly a giant pan-african rebellion
- Soon adding Bulgaria formable
- Soon adding Balkan Federation
- Soon adding Ottomans formable
- Adding some Caucasian resistance to the Russians

I had a problem that when I form "Rome" it doesn't get any romans and its culture doesn't get annexed in any way.
I got rid of it, because the accepted cultures you get end up converting the italians which ends up breaking the game
