MPVictoriaUniversalis is mod based off of Victoria Universalis another mod on moddb, this mod compared to the other mod adds features from HFM, HPM, and other mods to make a cooler experience overall. I do use this for a multiplayer server which was originally was just a branch off Vicky Universalis, but now is much bigger. I did add some original stuff, like "questionable" formable nations, decisions, and balancing. FYI I encountered a bug when using the declaring fake war to use puppets troops I was unable to end the war.
