Blightheart (constant effect)

30 seconds (might change), and the ring only holds one charge. So you have to be careful when to use it.

I just got the Atromach's Seal but there seems to have no attributes or bonuses (except for the weight and value). Nothing in my magic list either. Am I missing something?
Same here, probably another mod conflicting with it. I'd guess it is a Morrowind Code Patch conflict.
