What effects it have?
Emerald Blade -because green and it sound like fancy masterwork product
Soulless Etcher - if its venom
Swiftblade - glass is light so I guess its also faster or at least that could be its superpower

Maybe name it after Dahrk Mezalf, Radac Stungnthumz, a lorefriendly dwarf or a made up dwarf?

the color pattern very much reminds me of seaweeds. how about "Kelp"?
Ashglass (like an artifact used by the Ashlanders to fend off outlanders, although i'm picturing a white-ish blade in mind while pronouncing it)
Ashlander's Will (Same as the above, with some romance flavor to it)
Primeglass (could be the last glass sword to be forged with a long lost technique, much like valyrian swords in GoT)
Venom Crescent (If poisoned)
Corprus Bane (Forged for that purpose naturally)
Nirn Handle (So powerfull...)
Lightglass (how could you argue with thtat...)
The Vile Glass (Vile Glass is vile)
Glasshard ( Glass + Shard... more of a funny name actually)
Glasswind (Morrowind-ish)
