Wow, a fantasy-game that includes toilets! Long gone are the days where people didn't **** at all or just "went" whereever they want!
Toilets = Realistic = Immersion !
Real immersion comes from being able to use the toilet ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)

Probably not. That sound effect is more anyoing than immersive.
