That being said, I say to hell with laws, the zone is worst than the jungle, whoever stands in my way shall eat a loaded shell, better yet, five loaded shells! =D
With the new Revolver animations we are finally able to have revolvers with different cylender sizes, for now we got 5 and 6 rounds cylenders, soon there will be 8 rounds, maybe other variants too.
Well, boy. If you don't stop posting this things, I will have to leave my gf and declare to you.
Now serious, this one is going to my special armory stash too. Always wanted this thing to threat bandits when they already surrendered.

Does this count as a pistol or a shotgun? (in terms of the usage bonus)
Shotgun revolver :D basically it's a revolver but filled with shotgun shells, so a handgun with powerful ammunition. In terms of handling, it should be somewhere around a deagle given the power.
I think you should make it fire .45 colt and .45 acp
Naaah, it'll be too weak, and this particular model is meant to use 28 gauge.
Actually, a modern .45 Colt magnum load is similar to .44 Magnum in terms of bullet mass, muzzle velocity, and muzzle energy.

An alternative is the Raging Judge Magnum, which can fire the far more powerful .454 Casull round, which believe it or not is actually more powerful than the Desert Eagle's .50 Action Express. Still not as powerful as the .500 S&W Magnum though.
I agree. .45 Colt is nowhere near "weak". The thing is that Raging Judge can fire all 3 cartridges. Smaller version might not be able to fire the 28 gauge but still can fire 45 acp and 45 colt.
For some reasons I thought you were referring to the current 45ACP and other variants we have in Misery, didn't even notice the "Colt" :P It will indeed be a good caliber for this revolver, however, the model I used isn't meant for that caliber, it is meant only for 28g, that's why it has 5 rounds cylencer, I blieve .45 Colt variants are equipped with 6 rounds cylender, not sure.
A Taurus Magnum is surely going to join the family.
I've fired a Raging Judge, and they do indeed have five shots in the cylinder, but can fire both .45 Colt and .410 shotgun shells out of the same cylinder. That being said, the 28 gauge shotgun version is a different variant, but there's no reason both the Judge XXVIII (28 gauge variant) and Judge Magnum (.454 Casull, .45 Colt, and .410 shotgun) can't all be included, as they'd perform different roles. Also, it can't fire .45 ACP, since that's a rimless cartridge and those don't work in revolvers. It can however fire .45 Schofield, but that is a weak cartridge, and doesn't need to be included.
.410 version is 6-shot cylinder, also in the animation there is only one type of shells shown, so even if we introduced both .410 and .45 Colt the character would still load only .410 which would be rather weird... apart from that, it would mean introducing one more ammo type that would be used by only one weapon, which also doesn't stand out really.
28ga is the most balanced choice actually.
