This is absolutely beautiful ! Maybe make the wings a bit bigger (or a lot...) Infested Kerrigan from SC could provide imagery ideas. There's also a fantastic miniature from Raging Heroes called Nepharya the NecroPriestess ;)

Why have you chose a humanoid appearance? Because Deceiver and Nightbringer are humanoid as well?

I like it :) this is probably the best humanoid void dragon model I’ve seen (apart from maybe the magnificent 3 headed one I remember seeing in an old campaign mod that no longer seems to exist) (admittedly I still secretly prefer the idea that the Void Dragon is the one c’tan who usually takes on a more animalistic or mechanical form)
