Hello! May I ask you what program do you use to sculpt the models?
usually blender. It's very simple and free-to-use. But you should have 3ds max 7,8,9 or 3ds max 2008 to use your models in DoW. You can just make model in any other program but you have to use 3ds max versions above to import your model in DoW engine and animate it)
