This logo is good for peaceful game IMO.
give me an example of a logo which is brutal enough as u say
Colours are too light and font is very ... normal I thik.
Sorry for my english, if I will have some time maybe I try to rework this(for me it will be the most easy explanation), but it wont happen on this week.

it is good .but the problem is the logo must be neutral to all factions not gdi and nod only
I see what you mean but I don't have any time to edit it, if you would like I can send you the .xcf of it for an easy edit of my picture, including layers. (.xcf is a GIMP only format)
