Looks kinda unstable to me
I think the laser turret itself needs some more stuff. Atm it's just a long stick. The idea is kind of cool though. Also the closed base needs some details on it. It just looks like a box.

Cool, but it looks kinda unarmoured. I would fire a tank shell or an RPG at the turret base and watch it burst into flames.
that's to make it balanced u get the advantage of stealth tech in the cost of being cheap and with weak armor
