Eh she's in between Acclamator and Victory so far as specs if I remember correctly. Might as well go all in on Victory
The procurator should outmatch a victory 2 in both shielding, firepower, and speed, but it has a smaller hanger bay and less anti fighter and missile weaponry.
It has fewer weapon systems than the Victory does overall, and while those three cannons give her an artillery ship feel we all know that in the Star Wars galaxy that fighters reign supreme. More fighters=more likelihood for victory for the Victory 2, since you specified. The Victory is 300 meters shorter but she has more weapons packed on board weighing in with 20 batteries of Turbolaser, and 20 heavy Turbolasers, backed up by 10 Ion Cannons, whereas the Procursator has her 3 dorsal cannons and then 11 smaller supporting batteries, and an unspecified fighter compliment. Since she uses 3 engines of similar size to the Victory 2 but has 300 meters more of warship to push we can guess she's slower by quite a bit. The way I see it you should take the faster, better armed, but smaller warship that fields 2 full squadrons of fighters.
Well it was designed almost 2 decades after the Imperial-I. So I’d assume it would be able to outmatch a victory 2. It’s fairly new to the legends so there’s not much in terms of accepted statistics but if we go off of Ansel’s Hsiaos new model it’s armament is closer to 3 turrets of 3 giant triple-turbolaser turrets. And then 12 dual heavy turbolasers, and like 32 lighter turrets around the trenches. Looks to me like the engines and shield generators are the same as an Imperial-I, and it would make sense with the timeframe of when it was designed. With 400m less than the Imp1 id say it’s faster than an Imp1 and a Victory-II. How the ships been used in other fan made mods, it’s been accepted as a frigate/corvette killer. Able to defeat all frigates, and stand it’s ground against some smaller capital ships (although not very effective against mon-cals because it has very few ion cannons.) I still stand by that it would defeat a victory II. I’d rank it between a Victory-II and an Imperial-I, but I will say that the victory-II is definitely a more well rounded ship, would probably make a better flagship/player ship, and with full fighters could probably win.
