The witch king have a huge spike on his helmet and it is a full helmet, not like this one.

It's the Witch king. It's model of him before he's put on his battle armor, when he looked like the other Nazgul. Of course it's a "ring view". :)

from the wraith like appearance and the crown, defo a nazgul in ring sight, but not the witch king, probably one of the other 8 or if im wrong one of the barrowdown ghosts
