Guess what is it ;)
Hrm.... its not the witch king, his crown is different.. so... damn xD and sauron have a full cover helmet... hmm.. King of the dead?, but then hes supposed to be a ghost :( iunno :/
That's probably Morgomir. The Witch Kings's second in command and also one of the Nazgul :D
Thanks for reminding me his name ^^
Definitely Morgomir. He looks almost the same in The Battle for Middle-earth II, The Rise of the Witch-king.
The Witch Kings's second in command is khamûl, the king of Rhûn
It's the 'Ring view' of the Nazgul right? Witch King specifically?
nice theory :)
I think it is a soldier from angmar
I think this is one of Nasguls. Maybe Witch-King, maybe not)
The witch king have a huge spike on his helmet and it is a full helmet, not like this one.

It's the Witch king. It's model of him before he's put on his battle armor, when he looked like the other Nazgul. Of course it's a "ring view". :)
DevilDogs and zackiller25 got it right! ;) I'll upload the front side view soon!
if its the ring view, try to make the clothes more flippity floppity and more woop woop. its too flacid.
Only the head is finished - the ring view will be different from this screen.
will the robes be flippity floppity and rang ga tangale?
maybe its khamul or morgomir also the picture doesent scare me at all lol though it will when I actually play
Just taking a stab at this, but ill guess its Morgamir, one of the Nazgul. :)
no its the king from the army of the dead
It looks a lot like a Nazgul when wearing the ring :P
from the wraith like appearance and the crown, defo a nazgul in ring sight, but not the witch king, probably one of the other 8 or if im wrong one of the barrowdown ghosts
