Merciless v0.20! Featuring revamped meathook, chainsaw drops, BFG, and limited eviternity support
Merciless v0.20 changelog:
-Added gauss cannon
-Removed Pistol
-New chainsaw drop graphics
-Enemy drops now fly towards you
-Excess health and armor can be used to charge blood punch
-Revamped meathook that allows you to fling yourself through the air
-Micromissiles and Precision Bolt mods for the rifle (Menu system not implemented yet, so they're given to you at the start of the game- Press Special Action to swap modes)
-Limited Eviternity support (monsters are compatible but later levels are prone to crashing unless you have a beefy pc)
-New fodder spawning system, so you're never stuck without ammo
-Unmaker is now powered by souls
-Brand new BFG projectile

This is a fork of brutal doom designed to be ran with the latest version of gzdoom
It will not work with any other fork of brutal doom, such as BDv21, Project Brutality, Or BD:BE
Merciless started development in 2020 as a one-liner pack for Brutal Doom, but it's become so much more than that

I'm not sure how the dual wielding system works
what's the point of the shotgun and the rifle reloading
can there be an option to configure the gore
