The Reichsadler looks big because there is a grey square behind the actual shield, basically in 3dsmax it is a square which I apply the texture to (I can apply Reichsadler, SS runes, Luftwaffe eagle) e.t.c) however 3dsmax dosent recognise the transparency layer thus the grey square remains, in-game it disapears and just leave the shield.
