This is a new mod called Memories of Hiigara. This mod completely rebuilds everything from HW1 a buts into HW2. All Ships are being remade from scratch as well as new ships. In other words everything will go.
New features of the mod:
Complete total conversion of all ships and races in HW2
Completely remade HW1 Single player campaign
New sounds will make the game more enjoy able
New effects will add a new look to the game

Hey folks, moleman2009 here with yet another update for the Razorwind mod team on the Memories of Hiigara mod for Homeworld 2.
To start off i would like to wish you guys a merry xmas and hope it was a good one for you all. So now down to buisness. First off we have some very nice concept art by Talros. These are several turret concepts for the first few ships that have been designed.
Also Talros has been kind enough to make us an intro movie, HW2 cutscene style. Please enjoy.
Second we have several preview pics of the now modeled Taiidan Ion cannon frigate, the concept was designed by our talented artist Talros, but the model was modeled out by one of our talented modelers, Dannylolbbq.
And final, we have another new model out on the show room floor. This one is from our other talented modeler, Ghostwind1. The concept was made by Talros.

Die Arbeiten am Mod sind momentant auf Eis gelegt, da die meisten aus dem Team (mich eingeschlossen) gerade an dem Mod "Sands of Time" schuften und ich denke, bis ende August wird sich hier nichts mehr tun. ;)
I think I know what you are saying, are you saying that the mod is on a break to do HW3SoT and HWU, if this mod is dead I have a few ideas (and Corel painter).

Bitte Jungs macht weiter an dem mod die Story von Homeworld 1 war viel viel geiler als vom 2er und ich würd gern nochmal alles mit der Engine vom 2er zocken. Gebt nicht auf
you guys do realize this is the only mod that doesn't make the kadeshi look like faeces right? whatever you do, don't let this die and make sure all those other kadeshi mod teams join yours when their team inevitably dissolves.

Wow! The concept art and early models are looking fabulous! Some of looks as good or even better than the originals, kudos to this hard work. I really want to see this mod completed.
