Jesus lord set, you just keep getting better and better with each model. I used to always think the lights where window's but then learned they were some sort of power conduit.
I seriously cant wait to see what you do with the geth, esp the dreadnought, as even in me3 where it played a main role it wasnt that detailed. So will be really interesting to see what you do with it.

For the remaster we have adopted a mentality of "Be better than Bioware." It sounds bad but Mass Effect was never meant to be translated to a space rts. Now that we are doing it we have to put emphasis on the units bioware was allowed to gloss over a bit. Hence the phrase.
I feel like for Bioware, it was a mixture of lazy/time constraints when it came to props. It was either shameless kit-bashes or aLl rAcEs UsEd tHe SaMe ShIp for some reason...
What is the point of those cannons along the wings?
Those are broadside flak cannons. They help provide cover fire for the escape pods which run along the length of wings.
They talk about broadside guns for ships in the codex (and we see the broadside cannons you've so beautifully created here). Do you plan on adding other indications of broadside cannons on the wings or main hull (other small hardpoints) to indicate that part of the lore?
