This mod makes homers voice loud and that's it. The reason why this basic mod is going to take so long to make is because this is my first mod for Simpsons hit and run and It isn't as high of a priority as learning Ukrainian/Swedish or school for me.

I'm trying to learn how to make mods for the simpsons hit and run and because of this this mod is hopefully coming back from the abyss. Basically homer may be loud once more and destroy your ears once again.
