Lost Dragons has finally reached the first Alpha stage! Check it out at the downloads section!
Also your feedback is most welcome as we now begin to develop the main "Treasure Hunt" gamemode on top of the core features released today.
The readme file packed up gives you more indepth explanation on how the functions and features work and although we are currently releasing on a strict no derivates CC license it is only to maintain some control over the Alpha and to give us a chance to review the features before releasing them to public use.
So everybody clickety click to the download section and try out Lost Dragons and please do give feedback on what you liked and didn't like so we can start improving!
Also we try to organize a little test event later this weekend so if anyone is interested please give a shout and we'll see what we can come up with!

You are correct. We do not yet know how much generation Arma 3 can handle, but we will try our best and push it as far as it goes.
I am not going to say that I don't like it because I do but this smells a lot like The Fifth Day, I am assuming you got a lot of inspiration from it. I can't wait to see it improve.
The Fifth Day? Someone else mentioned that name too but I could not find what it was. :D So, no not inspired by it, just about everything else scifi there is though. So maybe something that inspired them too.
Now that I finally found out what Fifth day is I see what you mean.
Although I think similarities are not that big, except with the scifi looks and atmosphere. Other than that theres been a war in both of our plot settings, the rest is completely different and they have a lot different approach on robotics and such and they don't have any humans left at all.
They do have interesting stuff going on though. Gotta keep tabs on how they progress.
