Just an anomaly, or radiation spot.
yep, a spot for an anomaly, but since we have anom zones, this one shows radiation, which is mostly placed on trash as it became popular in cop, which is also more realistic. if someone would ask why the heli doesnt have radiation then? the answer is: because i forgot to add :)
So you completely abandoned free anomalies ?
My favorite picture! I get a taste of the Hud, more of the atmosphere and the minimap. This further confirms progress in this mod.

the time panel can be disabled easily if someone don't need it. the armor bar was exchanged to stamina, since armor degrades real slow, its enough to have it in inventory.
That time panels great! Now I wont have to keep checking the inventory lol
I was hoping that armour and weapons degrade abit faster though so you'll be more under pressure to find/buy new suits and weapons.
But of course thats something I could change when the mod comes out ;) Oh and would there be a way to remove the online contacts counter so we dont know whoes around?

Is there possibility to make the hud so that you can only see the healthbar (minimized if possible) and the indicators, radiation, bleeding etc. and no minimap, i'd like to have that, since i dont want the HUD to block 20% of my screen
Perfect. Life won't be easy in the Zone that changed...
it doesnt degrade slow, i just tried to say, that its less important than stamina bar, because stamine runs off faster than the armor would degrade... and we didnt want to add an other panel, dont want to flood the screen with panels, if not necessary.

By the way will chimeras use Cop sounds and not bloodsucker ones? such a lame and unimportant question i know but vanity takes over in stalker ;)

Great work you guys, love the new HUD and the info it shares, the clock is the best addition imo :D.
I would be happy too if the "online contacts" number could be removed, maybe an install wizard option?

I was wondering the same thing as Finlander... will there be options for configuring the HUD? I normally only play with health and stamina bar on screen.
Will the Chimera attack like in CoP? That would be awesome!
If it will attack like in CoP then it would probably require new meshes and definitely new animations since CoP meshes can't be moved over to SoC engine which is a lot of work so i'm told ;)
Besides I like the SoC Chimera as it is although sometimes I get the feeling it uses the snork animations :S
One thing I loved from CoP was the Burer animation for when it raises its arms to shield itself from bullets whereas in SoC it would just stand there while the shield thing appeared. There is however an animation where the Burer will raise its arms to cover itself in front of a light source - maybe some scripting can get the two working together like in CoP.
the chimera will stay as is, we only changed the sounds. but burer has new shield stuff, and many more updates. let it be surprise, if i dont forget about it and show someday in a video :D

Judging by the time (20:44) I take it that nights will not be as dark as one would expect?
its summer. in europe the sun goes down after 21:00 or 21:30 in summer time :) the nights are dark as they should.

Там не слишком высокие требования, но выше, чем у оригинала из-за огромного количества обьектов на картах.
It would kick *** if a clock like that appeared there at the beginning of a blowout, as a countdown timer just like in vanilla. I thought it was a nice touch
