This mod is compilation of several mods combined into one. It's an upgraded version of Medieval Duke and Mercenaries by Luigi with new troops and lot of nice kingdom features. The mod is meant to be played on hardest settings without saving possibility.
The mod author (Nick Altman) recommends battle downsizer to 160.

Everytime i try and make peace they say i am a lord without a master.
How do i fix?
If the castle has no garrison then before you give the castle to someone add a garrison out of you own troops and then hand it over.

How do you create your own kingdom
You have to conquer a town or castle without serving any king; once you successfully conquer it will allow you to create your own kingdom, if there is no "besiege castle/town" option you have to fight first a caravan or peasants from that kingdom in order to get it.
i have -40 Reputation with Nords but i cant get the Besiege whats the problem?
You need at least 20 men.
you might not have enough troops! try to have in the 50's or over to try anything :)
