Lord of Universalis 2 is a complete overhaul mod for EU4 that brings the world of Tolkien into the game. The mod offers more than just the regular timeline from The Hobbit and The Lord of the rings and got unique features only seen in this mod.

Yeah the size of name depends on the border, so if Gondor annexes Dol Amroth it would most likely be bigger :p
