This mod improves and expands the gameplay of the base game with custom missions, random events and new features, which will provide many hours of fun.

This is a list of the most important things that you can find in this mod:

- COMPANION_SCRIPTS call a black marked dealer that sells illegal weapons, hire up to 3 bodyguards that fights for you, call the cops on the criminals.
- RESTRICTED_AREAS are red zones patrolled by guards and always active in freeroam where trespassing is prohibited just like you've seen in the campaign missions.
- UNLOCKED_INTERIORS 
are interior locations that you were able to visit only once during the campaign but that are now always open and explorable at any time.
- RANDOM_EVENTS are events that spontaneously happens in the game world around you offering new gameplay opportunities that you're free to engage at will.
- CIVILIAN_HACKS are new interesting hacks that you can perform on the generic civilians around the city after you profiled them besides the vanilla hacks.
- CUSTOM_OUTFITS
 are eight new outfits like Punisher War Zone armor, Collateral movie suit, The Division gear, Prisoner clothing, Police Officer outfit etc.
- FAST_TRAVEL
 are 15 new fast travel points located all around the map corresponding to the ctOS Towers you unlocked in every district.
- AMBUSH_CHANCE 
is a restored cut feature where hackers breached the fixer contracts so enemies can set up fake contracts to ambush you at contact points.
- CUSTOM_MISSIONS are new missions available around the city and comparable to the ones in the base game like Gang Hideouts, Criminal Convoys, Human Traffic...
- REPLACE_SCAN disables the yellow disk scan resulting from a 911 call and replaces it with a police search where cops actually comes to investigate the scene.
- ctOS_CHAOS allows the Chicago Police Force to use some ctOS hacks like bollards and bridges against you as an extreme measure on the highest difficulty chases.
- FIRST_LOAD improves the first load of the game providing randomized weather and time of the day, a vehicle nearby if missing, and "out-from-phone" intro camera.
- LIMITED_INVENTORY limits the weapons you can carry to only 1 for each weapon slot, you can swap them at gunshops or by picking them up from dead enemies.

Also thanks to an easily editable configuration file you can tweak many of these features as you want, finetuning or even completely disabling them.

Hi! Are you planning to reduce the ammunition supply of the main character? (not sure if google translate translated correctly, but I think it’s clear what I mean) 120 rounds for a pistol seems a bit much to me. And to reduce the number of rounds for the rest of the weapon, this will at least give a reason to use pistols and smg. It will be perfect to reduce ammo to 3 clips for each weapon. For shotguns make only 24 rounds

UPDATE: Long awaited fixes and little improvements in this new update!

Living_City MOD Update 1.9.4 Changelog:
- Improved and expanded Aiden dialogues for Bodyguard commands.
- Fixed Bodyguard teleporting each time the stop command is issued after exiting boats.
- Improved Bodyguard teleporting behaviour when player exits boats or commands him to exit.
- Improved ESCAPE_ARTIST prisoner teleporting behaviour when exiting boats.
- Expanded reputation-dependent price discounts/increases to PawnShops besides Gunshops.
- Changed Bodyguard combat personality from Enemy to more appropriate Ally personality.
- Improved Infinite92 unlocked interior by opening also the room where Poppy was.
- Fixed erroneous weapon dropping when a event temporarily changes player inventory.
- Fixed civilians wrongly complaining if you walk on hackables supposed to be walked on.

Hi! Thanks! :D I've just reused vanilla text and audio, there's no way to add this kind of stuff so what you read and hear is simply pre-existing content taken from the vanilla game and creatively reused for my purposes.
Just like in the final campaign mission the blackout created by hacking the satellite is neverending, unless you die or reload the game in any way, so you can stop it by suiciding or using 'Reload from last Autosave' for example.

UPDATE: More additions and improvements!

Living_City MOD Update 1.9.3 Changelog:
- Allowed re-hack of satellite from "SOMETIMES YOU STILL LOSE" final mission.
- Added map icons to G1gg1L3s intrusion and satellite breach point for easier location.
- Made Bodyguard reappear with different car if you left him behind by driving his car.
- Added chance of police helicopter supporting the cops in the Police_Chase random event.
- Added various Aiden dialogs for every Bodyguard command and in case of death.
- Added setting in config file that allows you to replay Custom_Missions any time you want.
- Fixed possible duplicated Clara/TBone bug inside bunker due to unlocked interior script.
- Fixed bug with Bodyguards sometimes not entering your vehicle in specific situations.
- Implemented Air_Traffic script created by Cobra that adds civilian helicopters flying around.

When I restart checkpoint, the camera zooms out from Aiden's feet instead of his phone. It works find when loading into the game from menu. Do you know what's causing this? I tried to change the file cameracontext.lib, but that file doesn't seem to be the case. I tried the default one, your version 1.9.2 full, and some other graphic mods with altered cameracontext.lib, but they don't fix the problem. What file/s did you use to make the zooming-out-of-phone?

I made only the one when loading into the game from menu, the other when you restart a checkpoint is from Ubisoft itself, it's the same camera that regularly plays in the console versions of the game and that plays if you have a slow pc, while if you have a good pc it never plays, so to make it play I faked a slower loading thanks to a longer loading-finished video, this trick was discovered by Deebz, the file is located here:

Just delete the one that comes with my mod and it'll revert to the original one, restoring the vanilla post-reloading behaviour.

No it's unrelated, my First_Load feature affects only the first load of the game from main menu, not the checkpoint reloads and such.
Deleting that .bik only affects the subsequent reloads from checkpoint or reloads because died, so only the ones where you have the problem basically.
