Holy ****, just watching this as a video and not even playing it myself I still got tense and nervous at those hordes of zombies! I can't wait for this to get released so I can play it, it looks great so far
From what I see here the models and sounds for zombies come mostly from No More Room in Hell and Left 4 Dead. I hope these are just placeholders and will be eventually replaced with brand new models and sounds, if you're still working on this mod of course.
Overall this mod looks very interesting, especially since this is a mod for Stalker, not many people make mods for Stalker NOT about the zone. heheh
