It uses ValveBiped, fully weight mapped.

Aside from a bit of " too much " from those red walk-way lights, I can't critique a thing. Fine work !
Those soldiers remind me of some of the enemies in the Wii game 'The Conduit'.
Guess it just must be the glowing visor. :P
