Arnor (As EA should have made it). Working Skirmish and War of the Ring. New models. Better Arnor heroes and many fixes.
What's New:

Arnor in War of the Ring.
Details:
Arnor playable in wotr.
Arnor for Fall of Arnor scenario in wotr.
Arnor soldiers show upgrade and hold shield straight.
Arnor Knights and Trebuchet use same skin as soldiers.
Arnor archers can use fire arrows (added model/visual effects).
Added shield to Arnor and Gondor's Tower guard. (Like Bfme 1)
Imladris archers use fire arrows.
Added banner carrier to Lindon warriors. (Using same skin).
Previous/Old Changes:
Arnor Heroes:
- Added new abilities, experience levels, balanced speed, build time, build cost and command points for each hero.
- Fixed Blademaster ability. Heroes no longer one hit kill. They use proper animation and function of blademaster.
- Athelas: Now works properly. It heals the hero and surrounding allies.
- Voice: Arnor heros used to say their lines and lines for Aragorn, Boromir and Faramir. Now they use their own lines when spawning from the fortress.
- (Arnor and Gondor) Trebuchet, (Dwarves) Catapult, Battle Wagon and Battering Ram, (Elves) Ents will auto heal.
- (Arnor and Gondor) Knights no longer get shields with heavy Armor. It has to be bought alone. (Like in Bfme 1)
- (Arnor and Gondor) Slight increase to trebuchet range of fire.
- Improved Theoden and Eomer armor.
- New text and descriptions for Arnor heroes and their new abilities. Also added missing ones.
- Fixed Arnor fortress ring Fx. The ring text above the fortress will disappear when the Ring Hero spawns.
- Fixed Imladres Warrior armor, fire arrows, banner carrier, command ponits, button image and palantir image.
- Dunedain Soldiers and Archers use Second Age models.
- Added Arnor Elven Barracks, Mallorn Tree, Elven Pasture, and Forge to builder's palantir buttons.
- More Rohan presence in Men of the West faction.
- Rohan Peasants can be recruited from Gondor Barracks.
- Restored Rohan Archers. They can be recruited from Gondor Archery Range.
Changes to Patch 2.02:
- Elven Lorien Warrior and Archer horde size increased back to 15.
- Dwarven Guardian and Axe Thrower horde size increased back to 15.
- Moved Rohan Peasants to be recruited by Gondor, spawn with swords and use Gondor upgrades.
- Elves can recruit Imladris Warriors from Inn instead of Gondor.
- Reverted Gondor Spell tree to original order.
- Archers of Dale horde size increased back to 12.
Fixes from Older Versions 2.01
(Kingdom of Arnor V1-V5)
- Arnor workshop can upgrade to lvl 3.
- Fixed the missing Fire-Stone upgrade for the trebuchet.
- Fixed the Numenor stonework upgrade for castle expansion pads.
- Arnor can recruit Elven ships.
- Added custom heroes for Arnor.
- Added Elrond and Glorfindel to Arnor fortress.
- Added Eärnur to the Men faction.
- Added missing marketplace upgrades.
- Added Ivory tower to Arnor fortress.
- Fixed number of slots for the ranger horde and replaced their banner carrier with that of other Arnor units.
- Changed their button image, and palantir image to that of the Dunedain rangers instead of Ithilien rangers.
- Renamed and fixed the names and descriptions of some units. (Including missing descriptions. Like Carthaen who used to be named Damrod. The rangers who used to be named Ithilien rangers).
- Arnor can recruit Earnur, Gondor Soldiers, Gondor Archers, Gloin, Dwarven Guardians, Axe Throwers and Phalanx from the Inn.
- Argeleb, Arveleg, Arvedui, Carthean and Earnur can capture buildings.
- Argeleb, Arveleg, Arvedui can heal and resist the shock-wave effect, no more getting knocked down by trolls.. :)
- Changed the create-a hero leadership icon to that of Aragorn and Faramir.
- Changed Arnor's spell book. Replaced hobbits with Tom Bombadil, and Earthquake with Elven Flood.
- Reduced the radios of all resource buildings.

Install patch 2.02 v7.

Extract Kingdom of Arnor folder at the root of your hard drive.

Run shortcut and play.
If your game is installed somewhere other then "C:\Program Files\Electronic Arts\The Lord of the Rings, The Rise of the Witch-king"
Then correct the path (right click, properties).
It should look something like this:
Target: "C:\Program Files\Electronic Arts\The Lord of the Rings, The Rise of the Witch-king\lotrbfme2ep1.exe" -mod "C:\Kingdom of Arnor"
Start in: "C:\Program Files\Electronic Arts\The Lord of the Rings, The Rise of the Witch-king"

It's because I added Earnur. Gandalf is still there. Just buy some of the other heroes and he'll appear.
