Kane's Wrath Reloaded is a partial total conversion and balance mod for Command & Conquer 3 Tiberium Wars designed to change and make gameplay the way it was meant to be played. Unlike the original Kane's Wrath expansion for CNC3, this mod for CNC3 will not be played under most KW current gameplay changes and conditions. New gameplay changes, edited content and most units imported from KW and C&C4; (yes, they are real) will add and combine to the strength of the new gameplay experience for this mod.
Although CNCLabs was the only team to develop the Multifunction Upgrade Center (unfinished by EALA) with upgrades complete, I also found a way to make these upgrades work in another structure. For each 10% boost of either speed, damage and armor at a cost of 1500 in 30 seconds, the upgrade can only be applied once per faction, per match. Now since those upgrades are placed on a tier-4 structure like the Space Command Uplink, that tier-4 structure will now be only built one at a time. The same applies to Tiberium Liquidation Facility and Signal Transmitter.
For support powers, this was at least a bit surprising. I managed to get the Ion Storm support power showing up in the upgrade slot, but it doesn't work. It did work for the Power Signature Scan for Nod after all in the same upgrade slot for the Operations Center. Now as for the others, Ichor Seed, Infestation and Temporal Wormhole are working. Overlord's Wrath support power did show up but was unable to be triggered. The Buzzer Swarm support power needs to return soon now that those new support powers are working.
Do those sub-factions have the UI of corresponding faction yet?
I am afraid that's not easy to do. I tried many ways and they don't work.
