Description

It's 1921 and the effects of the Weltkrieg is still being felt across the world. While Kaiser Wilhelm II rules over the world's first superpower, his former enemies and allies struggle to maintain stability and order after the war to end all wars. France decided to flirt with fascism, Russia is in the middle of a devastating civil war, Italy may end up in a civil war within the next decade, and even the British Empire is witnessing the sunset firsthand.
