This is Brother Juniper's excellent Twin Lamps mod uploaded here because the PlanetElderScrolls download is broken with no sign of being fixed any time soon.
Mod Author has not been heard from in years so it is very unlikely that this will ever be updated.
Requires Tribunal. Word of warning: follow the included walkthrough otherwise you risk breaking the quests. Also if you are using the Rise of House Telvani, complete this mod before it to avoid a conflict.
Will take this down if Juniper wishes it or an admin feels that this is infringement
