this is a landmass i have been working on for the past couple months, i was hoping to be finished by now but it has become something of a labour of love and i keep expanding it and addding detail so i am not too sure as to when i will make it available for download, still no interior cells done but the exteriors are almost finished, i will finish this one unlike the last landmass i started, i promice =)

instalation
just place the .esp that is inside the rar archive into the morrowind.data files directory and activate it as normal.
