Jedi Knight Galaxies is an immersive, competitive and innovative multiplayer shooter, played out in the Star Wars universe. Currently a full conversion mod (soon to go standalone), the project was originally based on and modified from Raven Software’s Jedi Knight: Jedi Academy. Jedi Knight Galaxies is available completely free of charge. We aim to develop the project into a Large Multiplayer Online game, crossing traditional RPG (role playing game) elements with the fast paced excitement of an FPS (first person shooter). The game is supported by its community and developers, contribution is encouraged and newbies are welcome. The current development team comes from a variety of backgrounds, countries, and age, united by our desire to make a great game. Welcome to Jedi Knight Galaxies, where we break the limits!
This video demonstrates NPC interactions and conversations.
In this video you'll see a part of a full functional quest, featuring several NPCs with dialogue.
The quest progress is tracked for each person individually, so many people can do it at once.
Note that this quest was made for testing and showcasing purposes, so it's rather simple at this point.
As usual, the video you're about to see is raw footage, straight from the test server, so everything you see there, actually happens that way for real.
Of course, everything you see here is still in WIP state, so things are likely to be changed later on in the development

Is there also a quest indicator? a mark to show who can give you a quest and a pointer to show where you need to go?

Maybe the thing you all need to change in JKA is the font... cuz when it is in CAPS, It doesnt seem to fit.

And I like it. Easy to read, the previous text at the top is good for those who forget what was said earlier (like me..), and a good story. A few grammatical/punctuation errors now that I looked closer, but well done. (:

Are you thinking of adding Voices for the NPCs or are you going to remain Text-Based?
