A revisitation of the biggest only-man mod ever made for Age of Empires III: TAD. Description

The Bishop (unique unit of the Papal State) is the only unit with the ability of converting enemy units. For sure you may be wondering why not to implement the same monk/priest system of the previous versions of Age of Empires. Here's why:

1. This is a modification of the "Convert Guardian" ability, made possible through the un-hardcode patch, that means it will always be used as an ability. You will never be able to simply right click the enemy unit to convert it, which is pretty annoying and slow

2. The time needed to perform the conversion is fixed and unvariable, that means it's impossible to have units more or less resistant to conversion, and to implement technologies to improve the conversion effectiveness. The conversion therefore, is also 100% effective, always. Unless the bishop is killed while converting.

3. As it is an ability, the AI will for sure NEVER use it, and there's no fun in converting enemies while they will never try to convert your units.

Because of these reasons I decided to simply give this ability to the Bishop, and give him a train limit of 5. The Papal State always start with the Explorer and a Bishop in skirmish mode. That's a powerful weapon because besides guardians, you can convert enemy villagers since the discovery age.
