Oh, anyway, here's some info from Zone Chronicles.
Description: A piece combined of snowflakes and meat of the anomaly's victims. The shape reminds of a heart.
Properties: Has little of psy-effect. While looking at the "heart", a human becomes psychologically "ice cold", becomes more focused... However, tha main property of the artefact is to stop bleeding immediately. Любое. A small cut, a fire wound, a torn hand – just rub the "heart" a little and put it on the wound: the blood will stop, the pain will temporary disappear and the place of the wound will become numb, just like after anesthesia. The effect will stop in about an hour - just after the artefact melts.
Anomaly: Oblivion ("Freezer").
It is one of these artefacts from Stalker books.
