In Country: Vietnam is a brand-new, multiplayer first person TACTICAL SHOOTER being developed for the PC. It is a total conversion mod for both Red Orchestra 2: Heroes of Stalingrad and Red Orchestra 2: Rising Storm. In Country: Vietnam marks the first time that the Red Orchestra series will depart from the battlefields of World War II by plunging players into the claustrophobic jungle environments of Vietnam. This is the fifth teaser screen from our released teaser trailer
For a moment there I thought this was Crysis :P

I wish someone then remakes this into an AK-47 :D
Also, this model is wrong as well, as the Vietcong rarely used the AK-47. Their main small arm of abundance was the AKM(an upgraded, slightly shorter version of AK-47 developed in the 1950's). Most commonly, the AKMS was used by NVA soldiers.

it may not look it, but there are some pretty substantial differences to these guns (sound, weight and size)
Actually it's neither an AKM proper nor the Russian AK-47. The weapon we choose to model is the Chinese made/supplied variant, the Type-56 Assault Rifle. The obvious tell is the attached under-swing spike style bayonet.

Sorry i was not signed in. Can see what the NVA soldiers look like? because all we have seen is pics of American soldiers, and also is the akm, some ak 47s the only gun that NVA going to have? Because the Americans do have alot of weaponry and i know they do because they are a professional army but the NVA need some type of advantage over the Americans, because the Americans do have superior firepower.
