Imperial Splendour attempts to create the best Empire: Total War experience possible without destroying the essence of the game, with an eye towards expanding and enriching the experience, while adding to the game's realism whenever possible. IS 2.2.1b focus on Britain and France, adding two periods so as to allow an evolution of the uniforms. IS made also a large rework on the visual and sound aspect so as to make ETW as enjoyable as last TW games. The CAI and BAI are totally reviewed, the Great Campaign is now really more challenging, and it will be difficult for you to impose to the World your imperial splendour.
Description
This little submod allows you to play with most of the factions. To install, extract the startpos.esf file into your [...]Empire Total War\data\campaigns\imperial_splendour folder. This is only working with RotR 1.1.9!

Most likely never, sorry to disappoint you. My main interest is simply the 18th century. But there are many cool mods out there;)
There is no better mod maker (in the 17-18th century war units and campaigns) from you! Yes, there are many nice modes for other TW games. But all other TW game mods, there is not enough realism to be real history. For the first time I am happy to see this bright light from you heart. At least it 's fun to play ETW now. As of your efforts thank you very much again!

Without forgetting, the AI of the ETW game is very slow. After a while it takes a lot of time to take the tour. Is it possible to make a faster AI mode? There are this modes for other TW games! Thanks dude! :)

About the AI turns, if you take a look at the Swedish campaign (and part of the British). Unit recruitment will be restricted so that the AI can not recruit endless amounts of units anymore which they are moving around in single unit armies.
This is by the way, what makes the campaign slow down (inherited vanilla problem).

Thanks for the patch, I hope this can be a solution for my to can play the campaing without crash. I started in two times a campaing with Venice and the game crashed and don't let me continue with my game. Thanks for this amazing job.

It's better to say which not: Neapel, the Papal States, Savoy, the Barbary states, Marocco, the Sioux and Comanche, Georgia and Dagesthan, Persia, the Durrani Empire, Mysore

Hi, I just have an issue with the shortcut. It says this "windows cannot find ... splednour.exe, Make sure you typed the name correctly" or something along those lines. I believe I downloaded everything in order. Please help?
Search the Imperial.Splendour.exe. When windows found it click right on the .exe select sent to and choose desktop shortcut.
Then delete the old shortcut.
Why is it outdated?
Because it is not compatible with patch 3.
