Looks like would be amazing BUT I've got Steam version and have installed as directed but there is no file called ""Launcher.exe" in the mofolder. Just launcher_log.txt.
I got around by renaming the folder to british_isles and launching it thru steam but when playing the unit cards, characters and faction icons are all vanilla. Help !
I worked it out. My antivirus thought the launcher was malware and deleted it. Running fine now.

How did you get the launcher to extract? I have the same problem but I cant seem to find the solution :(

Thats the error i got in the log, which results in ctd. Couldnt find a place to go for technical help, so i posted here. I am assuming the likely fix for this is redownloading?

It works fine, but for some reason it opens in a window instead of fullscreen. How do I fix this?
It is possible to play hotseat?? I tried but I have always a "medieval II has stopped working..." when it start the game. I can go hotseat, select the factions I want, but when game loads it stop.

I can confirm this interesting mod does still work (I use Win 10) and you don't use the .exe file you've downloaded. I carry out the following once you've downloaded all 5 parts:
-Open Steam
-Go to your games library and look for Medieval Total War II (MTW2) in your list.
-Right click on MTW2 and select 'Properties'.
-On the General TAB of Properties, click on the button 'Set launch options'..
-Cut and Paste the following command in the blank text field:
--features.mod=mods/Imjin_War_of_Korea @mods\Imjin_War_of_Koreas\Imjin_War_of_Korea.cfg
-Click on OK
-Now launch MTW2 through Steam.
The Installation doesnt work. The Data has some errors. when i want to start, it crashes. pl help!
