What's the mod?
In the year 2092, long after mankind was wiped out. Artifical Intelligences of all kinds started using earths terminally drained resources. The EAI and PCI factions were formed. Each wanted everything including those few final scraps of Earth. However, nobody ever wants to share, nobody wants to leave. In fact, EAI and PCI are both choosing to stay... The resultant of this? That's right. War. It's time to see what real technology is ahead of us, as the ignited war begins!

Why make the mod?
Ignition is a mod that I've been thinking if making for a long time. Basically, I don't get that much free time, however, I love modeling in 3DSMax and I love generals. For a couple of years I've spent some off my time editing the INI files and producing odd, yet fun stuff you guys haven't seen. So I figured, why not make a mod. it's a nice worthwhile project that'll hopefully not only be enjoyable for me, but the the ModDB community and anyone else that plays it.

Will this mod will include organic units/Infantry and will the factions have background stories (from which continent they came), since it is set on earth and the both armies (since their Robotic forces) should have some special varity (no critism they look kool but not too different) in their unit-design. Thanks in advance. ^^
The particle effects will make them stand out from each other LOTS.
Also the skins will help split the two factions.
There will be no organic units. :)
