This is a mod for Homeworld Remastered that brings Homeworld Cataclysm to the Remastered Collection.
Those infestation coverings look blurry, like it's lower quality than the rest of the model. Also, would be cool to add animations (if possible), like that mass is moving around the ship's hull, gurgles, change tone a little, maybe.
This is only the texture work. The infection will get its own mesh overlay.
