The 8th Army will have as well their command truck, Monty will ride this vehicle.
Like the Sdkfz "Greif" this unit will disable strategic points, air drop supplies, reinforce troops nearby and call an artillery strike.

So the Generals spawn on with the command truck?
no the general is a unit by himself, but you can carry him in the command truck for protection and get him close to the combat to use his special abilities, all general needs to be on the ground for that.
