Highway 18 is an upcoming Half Life 2: EP2 mod, which will take you deep in to the country-like areas, forests, undergrounds and the roads of the Highway 18 world! A long trip is awaiting, and you will have to do anything you can to get to the endpoint!
In your Ford F150 (model 1990), you will be driving through many kinds of driveable areas like forests, rivers, undergrounds, mountains and of course HIGHWAY 18 ! Danger will occur on your path! Rebel's will try to destroy you, and zombies will try to eat you alive!
Henry (you) recieves a phone call from a near friend in the city of Cheryl which are under attack of Rebels that are trying to burn down the city. The line gets cut off, as you speak, so you don't have any knowledge of if the city has been destroyed, or if your friend are still alive.
Left over to your car and map, you will be driving several hundred kilometers, and be running into a lot of barricades and complications.
Facts of Highway 18:
I have been busy with helping at a huge lan party, so I haven't had the time to do this mod (for a week, sorry), but now I have been drawing some of my own ideas for the mod, and of course some of the ideas, that you, the community has brought to me. Its mostly based on what you guys have been telling me to include in the mod. One of the big things is the radio, which I am planning to intergrate into the car. Well enough of all that, here's the great list!Features and ideas for Highway 18
I have also been doing some new artwork, by making some new pictures for the mod:
If you have any other ideas to add, please feel free to post a comment!! I am so grateful for your help, thanks again!
Due to alot of business and school, we have not been able to make this mod.
Hi everybody! Im going to announce that the Highway 18 Dev Team is recruiting for new members!

man, mods seem like they are so complex to make. What with all the shadows and stuff you have to program into the game must make it so irritating to make.
What, you don't program shadows into the mod?
I like these U.S. themed environments, also, your idea is open for much fun and it differs from the normal 08/15 mod sortiment.
You've got my blessing and track.
Hooray!
