Description
Reworked some plants... maybe it needs more tweak and i don't even know what the original leaf is, hard to find something like the original+in high resolution.

Yeah I am going to hazard a guess and say they are supposed to be elephant ears. I know what they are because my grandma had some growing at her home here in Texas as I was a small child growing up.
