As you can see some stuffs are already working on original multiplayer servers. For the extra stuff you need to go in the menu for "Custom game" and choose my mod from the list.

Sadly the mod is performance heavy. You need to use the dgVoodoo tool made by Dege and apply Large Adress Aware patch on the game exe, otherwise the game will be unplayable even on strong hardware.

Known errors:
Some badly made textures.
Too high performance loss in some cases.
Random crashes while loading (Caused by dgVoodoo)

Hi

I have installed the mod as per the video from darkmichaels but it takes extremely long to load (10 mins +) during online and single player mode it drops out and crashes... Not sure if it my laptop capabilities or my install or settings?? When the game finally loads its slow with a lot of lag almost unplayable it makes no difference if a put the video settings to low.. during game play the task manager tells me 3,4GB of memory in use for the BF app..
Laptop hardware: ASUS N53SV
Cpu Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-2670QM CPU 2.20GHz
Gpu NVIDIA GeForce GT 540M DDR3 2 GB
Ram DDR3 16 GBytes 665.1 MHz (Max bandwidth PC3-12800H (800 MHz))

I had the same problems, removed the reshade file and now it works properly, still looks exactly as awesome as in the screenshots.
Be sure to activate the custom mods that is where the prominent improvements come from.

Feels smooth even on a sluggish low-power 7500U dual core laptop CPU with integrated graphics (albeit 16 GB RAM) even at the highest graphics settings and at 3840x2160.

Looking at your specifications, I would assume that your graphics card is hindering your performance. With 2GB of video memory running at DDR3 speeds that will slow down your performance significantly. The mod needs to load 4k textures which will eat up your video memory a lot.

Hope this helps

Friends, if any kind of error occurs, try to delete the D3D8.dll file from the main game folder
