The project started just by having some ideas during my plathroughs of HFM, like removal of microstates, additional content for some of the nations, etc. Eventually it started growing more and more as I kept adding new things and rebalancing old ones, as well as fixing some things I encountered while going over the original mods files. I am mainly creating this page here, so perhaps could see what other ideas people would have as well as remembering what I actually made. I am going to release first version when I feel like I have added enough content for it to feel like a fully fledged submod rather than just some tweaks here and there. Plan also is to integrate some other things from other mods with permission of their creators in single bug free package that would run on my modified HFM map.
Congress of Poland now starts as a substate of Russia. In all of my playthroughs of HFM, whenever Polish uprising happened, they failed to even raise any troops. With them now being somewhat on the map it would ensure that they would have something at least to fight the Russia. Russia has decisions to integrate them after the rebellion as well as getting cores later in 20th century. Also this way, player could play as Poland from the start and try to change history.
