it'd be nice to add the latch feature from the announcement trailer build if you know how it could work.
I know what it is, but they can open the door, but the neighbor always bangs on the door, and can't ignore it for about 10 seconds.

No its the one that has like x shapes that the wood make I will look through ever mesh in the game to find it :D

oh I thought it was a mesh from the game, its not worth that much work for some wood that I could make in the game, but thanks for the video to use for other stuff.
