On Headcrab Mod you can control some characters from HL, for example you can play as Gargantua or Headcrab, with them attacks, you can see some videos and new information on my blog ;)

Well, here is the first model that made, is not finished yet, but you can see how will be the "Houndeye", now i'm working on Gargantua.
On the other hand you can see the first map finished, is an emergency exit of Black Mesa. Coming soon new media, maybe Gargantua, new map, and Houndeye video in action!

Can't find backround image materials/console/startup_loading.vtf

Try looking up steampipe patch, this is valves fault from 2013 when they put half life 2 in the orange box engine
Are you planning to add a story?
I launched the mod but an error appeared saying "Can't find backround image materials/console/startup_loading.vtf" Please Boker tell me what to do to fix this.
Can't run, I changed the gameinfo but still crashes.
I will upload the fixed gameinfo, don't worry, Steampipe **** the original gameinfo.
When I try to open the mod it just goes the the main menu and crashes an an error pops up saying engine error "Could not load library client"
Yes, when Steampipe was making problems, i upload the demo very faster, so i posted a posible solution on "download" place, but you can try copying the "bin" (you only need client, and server.dll inside) and paste on the mod file.
Comming next week Alpha 1.0
