The final phase of beta testing has been complete for the HardQore 2 Demo. We are awaiting completion of the Linux and mac ports. Once that is done, an official release date will be made.
It took a month longer than we planned, but the extra time was worth it. Every known bug so far has been squashed. A few more features also made it in. This includes the sliding kick attack, breakable objects system, rail gun, and more new music by Neurological. Music includes a remix of the Doom 64 main menu theme, and a remix of the classic contra level complete jingle.
The demo will feature a modified version of the first level of the game title "Wasted Hate. We have added in a few weapons planned for later levels into it. The demo also has a developer test map in it. The dev map shows off many of the mods features and examples on how to map for HQ2.

If the work on the linux/mac ends up taking too long, we will release the windows first. ;)
